Could someone change my paint scheme to look similar to codeman's, but silver top, bright red bottom, and a darker grey dividing stripe. I'm also open for other ideas, but codeman's paint is sweet. I want the colors like the pic of the last truck. Thanks

cheaper than $400....I doubt it. haha. I will do all the bodywork and put it in primer. My neighbor has a paint booth, and I'll get him to spray the base/clear.

Looks good, for the top I used a chrome filter for the silver, so thats why it looks like some silver stripes above the darker stripe .. looks kinda neat but might be hard to duplicate, heh.

you could always grind that stripe down to bare metal and clear over it. that would be bad ass. :imo

that would look sweet with cleared bare metal.

I redid it, taking a little more time .. also I have it so if you want to try different stripe colors I can .. you'll have to edit it for your wheels etc though.

they have a special paint to get that look. if you just leave it as bare metal, it will rust. clear won't protect the metal like primer will.

theres got to be a rust-inhibiting clear out there somewhere. the guy with the NBS escalade front end has bare metal flames and i've seen others with them, so theres got to be a way.

hes actually the one that told me that it won't stay shiny metal... there is i believe HOK makes it, the orange dually on 24s that devious bagged has a stripe using that paint.
