Well, it's definitely huge. And in Fresno, that's all that matters to most people. Congrats Zuby.

dang it zuby.. now your almost a foot taller than me :nono:

i agree... you are clearing the tires by a lot.. 42's would look good.. or just take off the body lift and sell it

Did you just have it done? I was at full throttle saturday and monday and I didn't see your truck being worked on.

What shocks did you go with, and how does it ride compared to the cognito? Do you plan on going with the fts uniball kit and fts heimed steering?

yes.. lots of ?'s because i'm jealous

Last question, I promise, what are the specs on the rear setup? I can see the big blocks and the hangers.. but what's the deal on the leaf springs? Are they stock leafs or do the leafs have a little arch in them?

Ouch, sorry Zuby, but I'm still bigger, HAHAHA. On 40'S my front fenders measure 60" and the rears are at 57" because I like the rake and don't want the rear as high. Better get to cranking and get some bigger tires. I am with the others, looked better before and I like Cognito over FT anyday, but whatever you want. Just don't go jumping that kit unless you are ready for probs.

Yeah, but I adjusted and subtracted 3" for the glass, so sorry Zuby I's still be looking down at you, haha :nono: . The Michelins don't weigh a lot, they are pizza cutters and are only rated upto like 55mph on the street. They are also very very expensive and ugly as shit. Just get Trevors old 44s that I used at the Truck Jam, they are brand new and he will hook u up with them super cheap. I mean, dirt cheap. If youre interested, let me know.

You know we've all taken this truck thing way too far when you're considering a tire that has this as one of it's selling points:

"Radial design helps deliver a smooth, quiet ride that helps insulate troops and shock-sensitive equipment."

I just Talked to Trevor and he said $1500 for em and they are brand new, less than a 1000 miles on em. Theyre 44" TSLs on 16.5" Welds. They still have the little plastic pointy things on em when you get em new.

EWogy
10-21-2004, 02:19 AM
$1500 That is wheels with tires. They are Weld Outbacks or Sidewinders, I dunno. In perfect shape. Sitting in his garage right now. I took em off after the show and they've been there still clean and shiny.

Ummm.... WOW! That is huge! Any pictures of the lift up front? I am interested in how they did the whole front design.

Looks good man, along with the rest, I think a bigger tire would look better, but yes, the extra stress is something to consider, not that you are making life easy for that truck as is :D

Again, looks good!
