Tire Question

I was wondering if anyone could recommend a tire for me. I have 33" BFG A/T now but am going to upgrade to 36". I really like the tire for lack of road noise and that they last long. From what I have seen the larger BFG A/T's are still only 12.5" wide. I am looking for something around 14.5". I will mainly be doing street driving with occasional off-roading so I won't want super soft tire that will wear out quickly. I would preffer minimal road noise but some is fine.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

If your concerned about road noise then stick with an All terrain type tire.
