Switching From Belltech spindles to Mcgauhys

I have BellTech 2 inch drop spindles on my truck right now with my air bags and I am wanting to switch to the Mcgauhys for obvious reasons. Has anyone done this and if so what changes have you run into? I know that my balljoints were flipped with the Belltech spindles. Will I have to buy new control arms for this or can i just replace the ball joints. i have heard different stories on that. Thanks for the help.

you can switch the balljoints back over and flip the UCAs back to normal position. i have done this to put stock spindles back on.
