How strong of a cordless drill do you need to use the 4" pad kit for headlight oxidation?

Thats an excellent question to which I currently do not have an answer... my cordless dewalt has been more than strong enough to tackle corrections with, but I'm sure if you use a weak drill the speed wouldn't be high enough to effectively buff the plastic.
