Has anyone bent the shit out of one of these, and how hard are they to bend back if you can?

I bent the front one that covers the dif and oil pan.

I ripped it off 2 times (sheered the bolts) and beat it to bits. I would just put it on teh groound and bash it back with a sledge.

Lucky guys to have skids...lol...my truck has NO skids at all...maybe i need to invest in some sometime...

Next week I'm skidding the whole frame. Solid 1/4" AR360 plate from the oil pan back to the rear axle. One big piece.

mine held up okay back in the day. I always wondered why no one has tried to use the stock skidplate after they get a suspesnion lift, it seems like if you inverted it it would bolt up okay if you got out the drill.
