Need to get tar and rubber of back fender?

Its bad on one and ok on the other, tried claybar,bar and tub remover, lighter fluid seems to work ok takes forever paints kinda scratchd now, and other things?

#1 lifter bug and tar remover.

Yep bug and tar remover works wonders.

Starting fluid will take it off.
