yeah thats tuckin at least 10" of rim...and another 3-4" of tire...wouldnt that mean that you would need something like 15" of lift just to make that thing drivalbe so that you can turn?...very cool and a good way to spend like 70 G's if you got it lying around. BTW is that Ekstnsive's Escalade?...do they own it?
looks like a freakin DUB model...and i think that is the lowest/biggest ture combo that you will ever see on a esky, casue it looks like they're gonna have to notch the damn hood too...
you can drive while tucking rims...
that thing is crazy, i hope they finish the interior off. When i saw the H2 they built, the big ass holes in the back where kindof like you did all of this but didn't finish it...
but chances are all it will ever be driven is on and off a trailer :insane:

At this point, nothing would surprise me. If someone has the dough for it he can do it.
Damn, I really need to get by there.
As for the Escalade being a trailor queen, I doubt it. I've seen the H2 being driven and I'm sure the escalade will be too.

How much would EMW charge for this kind of job. Bagging an Escalade on 26s? Anyone know? How is their shop able to afford such expensive rides to work on? First the H2 and know this almost 100K on vehicles alone not to mention parts and labor, well labor is free.

The H2 isn't thiers, and I doubt this is either. They do a ton of work, they have a 5-6 month waiting list to get in there, they sell rear kits all over as well as other parts, and they're damn near in the ghetto so the overhead cost is probably low.

Yeah .. no kidding. The shop isn't in the best location. I bet rent is cheap, if he doesn't own the lot. He has plenty of tools .. H2 belongs to Ken Cammanitti "I belive" .. so you never know if his buddies are having stuff done.
When I got mine down 2 years ago .. there was a 3-4 month wait ..so I am sure he isn't starving.

nothing cooler then a 2 link on a 57,000 dollar truck.. LOL.. lets take off the factory 4 link and put a 2 link on that bitch! now that is engineering.. I don't see why they couldn't weld on a parallel 4 link, or even mod the stock one to lay..

Didn't he play like 3rd base or something like that. I think he had a goatee too. Before you guys make any jokes, I know the goatee's not permanent but that's just how I remember him.

Finally someone said something!
I will never consider Ekstensive a top shop as long as they're putting 2-links on everything. I don't give a shit what they can get to lay body on 26's, it's pointless with that bullshit rear suspension.

hmmm thats weird mitch told me all the pro and cons of running a 2-link on my truck before i decdied fully on a 4-link:read:
whats wrong with running a 2-link to get extra lift on something that wont get driven very often? there are people that have done it for years without a single problem (01GMC for example) as well as 100's more.

I am also sure alot of guys don't walk up and ask to be told the difference about a 2 or 4 link. If you "act" that you know whats up ... they don't know if you or don't know the reason.
They do install 4 links, and all the other goodies ... I have seen 4 links and suck come out of the shop. Fact is some people don't want to pay for the 4 link .. they would rather have the 2 link ...
I have also been told that running 2 bars forward and 2 bars reverse is wrong too .. but no one is capping on IYF Customs.
Fact .. is what Tuckn22 said .. Customer gets what customer wants .. all be it not the best .. it works for some.
The 2/4 link crap is beat to death .. it's on every site ... there is more than enough talk about the right and wrongs .. however ... they will still use them.

Alot of it is because it's easy for them to do quickly. One of his reasons though I don't fully agree with eventhough it's true. And that's, that when you use a 2-link it eliminates bodyroll, because the rear end is solidly mounted to the frame. Of course the flipside, and what I don't like is the lack of articulation that you get. I don't understand why he still insists on useing them though.

yeah those are all great reason to use them on your drag car you know.. but on a 57,000 truck that came with one that i dont understand.. but either way its a good looking ride. i dont agree with the rear suspension one bit. are those hummers he did on 2 links too?
