column shifters?

i am in the mood to add alittle billet to my interior to change things up. So one thing that i want to do is add a new column shifter. Is there anywhere else i can look besides stylin concepts for one? I am also in need of that boot that is at the bottom of the shifter towards the column. Does a new one come with a new shifter or would i have to find one seperately? Thanks for any info....Trey
