Duramax Upgrades??

Anyone using Banks or Edge or BD (or any one of the 100's of other) programmers/exhaust?? How are they. Any problems? or recommendations?

He also has a K&N PFIK and a strait pipe instead of the muffler.

The banks stuff is awesome, but it is over priced. get an edge with atitiude, a K&N, and a 4" exhaust and youll be haulin ass.

Edge Prod is the best unit out there from what I've read. Any 4" exhaust will do. Intakes are all the same, pick you poison.

Next, power over ~100rwhp/200rwtq will make the converter slip in 5th under WOT. A multiclutch unit from Suncoast or ATS with a built valve body (TransGo or ATS) and you'll be set to hold that Edge box in HOT mode. :D

What year is your truck? You may want to look at one of the people offering DSP 2 or DSP 5 (multi-position)efillive custom tunes, you'll tend to get alot more bang for your buck.
