Asking price on my truck is 28K there's an ad on mautofide. I'm in no hurry to sell though, I have things I still want to do.

sweet....i don't know how i would view it...my home computer isn't up and running yet, and no dsl til feb 2nd....if you want you can email it to work if you want...i think 28 is reasonable price to ask for the work in that thing...looks really good. black would look good for the dash, but would you go with gloss or satin? not sure what would compliment the exterior...i'm sure you'll figure that out though...

If you don't mind a suggestion, I'd do the flames in a green similar to the color OCC did "The Cody Project" with purple pinstriping. I was gonna do that, but my dash was already blue. :anitoof:

Red and black two tone with a graphic split instead of a straight line, maybe a small graphic. Ever see the blue and silver illustration of my truck?

Maybe traditonal hotrod flames in white, yellow and orange with green or blue pinstriping.

Simple graphics below the bodyline with some air brushing.

I don't know your taste so those are just a few ideas off the top of my head.

Never heard of any durability problems. The only real difference between single stage and base clear is is single stage has the clear in it already, and it's harder to fix runs or scratches. The color's also not a deep and rich(not that that was a big concern to me). I wouldn't do it with a shiny color though.
