Here it is minus the dash trim which I ordered this evening.
I'll take some high quality pix when the weather isn't 2 below and the carpet is clean

Started on December 9th and worked every evening since except the holidays making sure it was all smooth

got billet vents coming so don't need to paint the factory ones Just didn't want to paint the other piece

How exactly did you remove the lower half of the dash? Mainly the pieces around the glovebox...i think i remember someone saying there are rivets that have to be drilled out to remove it?

there are holes if ur gonna try to seperate the door from the panel. There are just four( i believe) 7mm screws on that piece. The whole dash pretty much just pulls out. Except for the middle, you gotta take ur center console apart to get the part that wraps under the steering column and the cigarette lighters.

so was it hard to take off the top part of the dash......
2 screws on each end, and a few 7mm bolts around the front and it pulls off
