I couldn't sell the hoe for $20k with a forged 370, whipple, FLT, Auburn rear, NX wet kit, Snow meth kit, a bunch of bolt-ons, 10" dvd/tv, 22's, and every option but a subroof. I got tired of it, put it back to stock and sold the parts. Just enjoy your toy and have fun with it.

whats missing from this is all the gas used for driving all over the place chasing down all these parts and probably a few little cash purchases that had no receipts. also the original tow home. and beer and food for my friends etc etc other things that added up to just do the job in general. also all thats in the list for the rearend is the detroit, i still need to redo the brakes and buy gears and bearings so thats going to be another couple hundred maybe even a thousand.

i have estimated that total man hours came to about 1000. i could do this in less time now that i have done it.

so once again, i would like to suggest that this can not be done too cheaply but that if you are going for minimalism you could easily skip a couple steps that i took. (but it will be tough to get this to sub-10,000 IMO)
