Its back under the cab, not near the steering area. There are 2 18mm bolts in a crossmember at the end of the torsion bars. Tighten them to raise the front of the truck up.

wait...what? Theres a bonus level? or is that only on the OBS?
measure fender height, jack front end up off the ground, use 18mm socket to crank the bolts on the torsion keys (follow t-bars back to crossmember, youll find them) crank untill level or more if you want. drop truck back down, drive to an alignment shop and get it aligned. once you get it back, re-measure fender height and report back, enjoy your leveled out truck.
Its on that crossmember that is under the tranny. It has the two black bars that go to it. And the two bolts that are at the end of those torsion bars touching the key, well crank those. But keep in mind cranking them will change your steering angles and CV angles.
If your truck is a 2WD then it has no torsion bars, it has coils as its suspension. Only 4wd's have have torsion bars if its a IFS(independent front suspension). But the other day I saw a 4WD truck with IFS and coilovers, so I am not so sure anymore :/
Dont listen to any of these guys, They are fukn with ya... Actually the T-bars are located in the rearend. Look at the thing connected to your rear wheels. follow it to the center, it should have atleast 10 bolts on it. Unbolt them and take the cover off, then insert 2 18 mm sockets inside and put the cover back on and tighten up... then you G2G

When I was a brand new noob (im still a noob just not brand new, i guess) I did a ton of reading. I didnt know what the front susp. even looked like. all I knew was that " it had IFS and its a bitch to lift" and that "cranking" is bad. Once I did my reading, I started to ask specific questions that most people didnt mind helping out with. everything turned out well on my truck, otherwise im sure i'd have a 6 inch superlift rubbing on some bfg muds on AR bajas with 410 gears and a flowmaster(wait i have a flowmaster...) anyways i wanted to get the best or close to it for my truck so I did research and this is what I came up with. SEARCH & READ
I would not recommemd cranking the torsion keys or bars. If you want to do anything at the least buy new torsion keys. In cranking the torsion keys could potentially damage the trucks front suspension. The brackets that are mounted to the front of the truck for the shocks could bend and rip the weld away from the frame then you will be fucked.
