I would try cranking your stock ones first obs usually get a couple inches

I was going too....but talking to the guy at the shop, who has had a ton of lifted trucks - he says the ride quality will be better with Ford keys as opposed to cranking the stockers.

he's lying to you. all ford keys do is they're indexed a little more so u can crank on them to go higher.

ford keys make the most diff in the NBS trucks, not OBS.
