No rear shocks.
He gave you factory struts (or most of the parts for them, who knows why)
He also gave you another set of u bolt saddles.... i want those

The pieces on the rear shocks are part of the strut extension I believe

Yeah looking again I think your right, those look too big to be steering stabilizers.
