Default Long tubes, no cats, tune to pass emmissions?

I'm lookin at getting a set of long tube headers with hollow cats with O2 sensor plugs and I was wondering if I could still pass emmissions?

You're going to have to explain that. Sorry I'm not too knowledgeable on the subject

Your check engine light. Is it lit because you have no cats?

I haven't installed them yet. I'm just asking before I pull the trigger and screw myself over

I don't know TN law, but most places wont pass if you have a CEL on, and that's a dead giveaway that you've got no cats. You've done all the work and put in the investment on long tubes, why not get a tune to get the most out of them and they can turn off the CEL for you, no problem.
