Default 24x10 with no issues

I am on the prowl for wheels now that I got my drop installed. I went with the 4/7 McG on a 10' rcsb sierra 2wd. The height is perfect. Thanks to those talking me into going 4/7 vs. 3/5. Anyways, I am now looking for the best shocks for the rear and most importantly what wheels to go with. I think from research and looking at others, I prefer to go 24"s and I believe 10" would be wide enough but not too wide. I have researched until I am tired and just need to know what offset/bs I need to stay within to get 24x10 to fit about flush and not have any rubbing issues. I also want to run somewhere around a 295/35/24 or maybe a 305, just nothing rinky dink rubber band crap. Can anyone chime in here with experience (possibly pics) on what specs to stay within??? Also if you are on 24s with 4/7 post your setup with pics. My truck is silver and I am thinking about black with chrome lip. Or do I stay all chrome. The only chrome on the truck is the grille.

I will post pics as soon as I get it back from the body shop. I am having the door handles, mirrors, bed cap, gate handle, etc. all color matched. But like I said all silver with only chrome grille.

I would think x10's would be too wide.... I know the 305 will rub like a motherfucker.

But you will want a +32 offset IIRC

has noone ran a x10 on nnbs with 4/7 drop?

Also, what about a +40 offset? Would that be more wheel sticking inwards than the +32 (a more shallow dished wheel)???

See my problem is I really want the chrome Boss 313 in a 24x10. The only offset offered that would be close to fitting, would be a +40 offset. I would like to go with +30 or +32 because I don't want them sunk in any further then just absolutely has to be to keep from rubbing fenders and I don't want to roll fender lips. I think the +40 is more for if I were tucking them. With the 4/7 drop can I run a 295/35/24 with no rubbing? If so, what are my options on offset/bs? I can go for the Boss 330 with a +30 offset, but is that enough to keep from rubbing the fenders without any rolling of the fender lips?

The biggest tire you can do is a 295/30R24 & not rub. They are hard to get & not so cheap. Your best bet is the 275/30R24. Both the +30 and +40 offset will work for you (The difference is about 3/8") The 30 will sit even with the outside of the fender & the 40 will be just inside it so you can roll them & not scrape the lip.
We have the 313 available for 1495.00 for the set of 4 wheels shipped to your door.
or the 330 is 1650.00 also with free shipping.
Thanks

Steve

so a 295/30 would fit with no rubbing at all on the 4/7 drop? What do you mean about a +30 sitting flush and the +40 having to roll the fenders? If the +40 would rub, wouldn't the +30 as well, just harder?

Does anyone on here have a 4/7 on nnbs with 24x10 with a 295/30? PLEASE POST PICS!!!

I want to order wheels and tires SOON! but don't know what to order. I just don't want to trash some nice wheels/tires or my truck with some $h!t that rubs. Thanks for any help.

he sayin a 40 or 30 would work.. and NOT scrape the lip... anything under 30 and ud have to roll the fender lip.. but if all ur doing is 4/7 youll never hit the fender... 4" is not low enough to worry if a rim will tuck! imo

You have the same drop, and I am considering the boss 330 in chrome. Would you care to look at the offset on yours? And they are 24x10 right? If so, I sure could use a pic of your truck down the side to see how flush these are. And do you have any rubbing at all?
