biggest tires on quadrasteer

I did a search but, did not find an exact answer. What is the largest size tire I can put on my 2003 Sierra 4x4 ext cab short bed Quadrasteer stock hieght without rubbing. A tire store guy told my I can go 285/70/16 But I am not sure. I bought it used and it has firestone wilderness 265/70/16s.

go to a good tire shop get them to test fit the 285/70/16 and 275/75/16 and see how they fit.
