transmission noise

i have a 2008 gmc sierra 1500 with the 5.3 and when i shift from second to
3rd gear i am getting a noise that sounds like somthing is rubbing or somthing but it doesnt slip or anything there is just a noise and i dont get it when shifting into any other gear and also it doesnt happen at wot either so if someone can help me that would be great
