Detail spray is in the essentials kit, and the clay bar kit. As for the VRT I don't have any plastic on my truck on the exterior, not much at all under the hood either. What is APC?

VRT is good for tires too. APC can be on tires and engine compartments. I use both on my quads all the time

APC = ALL PURPOSE CLEANER which we recommend for cleaning tires, engine bay, undercarriage, and any of your applicator pads and foam accessories after use. Really powerful at full strength, but water based so it can be diluted for lighter cleaning.

Yea I can already feel it. I don't even get to use this stuff till this spring when I get home. That's why I'm starting now, little at a time so the wife doesn't figure out I bout $1000 worth of detailing supplies.

I seem to drink APC so I buy gallons of that stuff, theres no such thing as too many microfibers, and I really like the Americana paste wax.
