Default Which engine do I have?

It seems a silly question, but when I bought the truck used I was told by the sales person that it has a 4.8L engine, it was also tagged as such on the info sheet and mirror hangy tag.

Members here told me a while back that the 4.8 does NOT have the V4 mode, and that I must have a 5.3 cause I do in fact have V4

When the dealer gives me a bill for a new key, it says 5.3 in the info field

The truck does not have the stickers under the hood that say the belt routing and engine size etc (also doesnt have the paint codes in the glovebox) they have all been removed, I can tell by the little bit of leftover sticky stuff.

Please and thank you

8th position being the letter J means you have an iron block 5.3, the LY5 to be specific.

Cool thank you! That black grill on your whip looks really nice!

OK, heres a couple photos of the bird, and I have a few vids on my youtube channed username OHSOOOFLY She talks some, just not really to me. She really likes to talk to my brother, more than anyone else. He has lots of videos on his phone of her chatting with him I wanna steal and add to my youtube account too. I have no idea why she likes my brother more than me... He cant handle her though, only I can do that.

She tucks into my neck and coos sometimes

Chillin with daddy watching TV

Inspecting the new parts for the S10 Blazer Im making.

She will only step up on this hand. Notice shes missing a toe? Its always been gone, probably bitten off walking on other birds cages in a pet store or aviary?

Its really hard to get her photo sleeping, as soon as the flash goes on that one eye opens before the shutter goes.

Mad bird just got woken up, dont stick your hand in cage at this time, not even me.

Heres another cool photo, my mom and dads canine is a coyote. She was a pup that someone gave them that was about 5 weeks old, they didnt know what kind of dog it was. Very fast, and very smart. She knows about 25 toys by name and will go get the "White santa" or "Blue whale" stuffed toys when told. She hardly ever barks or yips, never howls. She pounces in the snow, and her ears move independantly - like when shes watching something, and you call her, she will just turn an ear towards you while she watches whatever shes watching. Its neat. Dad says shes a great help for finding cans and bottles on their walks. He makes 5 bucks every dog walk and just has to take a bag along.

And here is the kicker. Also used to have a potbelly hog named Bacon. He was also extremely smart. Had him for 2.5 years and had to donate him to a petting zoo in Chiliwack BC cause he was just too big for my home. He was housetrained, and took regular baths. When he went to the petting zoo he was about 150 pounds. Hes now a star there and all the kids can get him to sit, lay down, sit up, spinspin, ask, stuff like that. I miss him. A pig is nice to have sleeping on your feet on a cold winter night, their body temp is about 4 degrees higher than a human, so hes perfect warm. Yes they will sleep all night on a bed. They snore like a bastard too. He wore booties, or nailpaint on his hooves. He can slurp up 2 beers from that bowl faster than you can shotgun one! And he gets drunk and burps and stumbles and passes out! He used to wear shirts, and even sunglasses. That harness is so he can go for walks and get tied up in the yard. Its the largest dog harness you can get - Maximized!
