So if you try to put air in it just blows out?

Have you looked inside the valve?

Do you hear your dump valve click open and close?

it might be ur actual switch...that happend 2 me before and i thought it was my valve but my switch was actually barely sticking in the open position.

ok, they are GC xtreme 3/8". its holding pressure everywhere except the right front.

i'll press the switch to fill the bag, and all i hear is a loud hiss and the bag will rise somejwat and then fall. we can definetly hear the air coming from the valve. (i was underneath the truck and had my hand over the supposed area)

i sprayed all around the valve and on all the fittings. the bag just wouldnt stay up. i really doubt i blew a bag or line.

if you hear it leaking then it's not your switch. what type of fittings are you using. i would check all the fittings between the valve & the bag, even the fittings on the dump valve. i had a line pull out of one of my push-loc fittings before.

i sprayed all the lines and fittings... no leaks. all the air seems to be coming from the the muffler on the dump valve. like its stuck openm

Try calling Parker on Kolb and Valencia. They might have some vlaves. Not the ones you're looking for but they might work. Shit, even a big N2O solenoid from checker would work in a pinch.

PraxAir would be the place to go on 22nd and Park. My friend here at work has gone that route on his wagon. He said even Home Depot has some.

sounds like you may have trash in the valve. It's an easy fix if you can get the valve off...just take it apart carefully and inspect it. You'll likely find some pipe dope or something keeping it from closing.
