Default Engine Cover Problem

Ok heres the problem I wash cleaning the engine bay today and went to take off the cover but the bolt just turned so after wrestling with it and ripping out the rubber ring i finally got it off. The problem is tho the bolt is still stuck in the intake, does anyone have an idea of how to get it out? I used a vise and ratchet but it just spun. Heres a pic if your not sure what bolt im talking about. TIA

use vice grip plyers and pull up as you turn...should come out.

....Unless it got cross threaded somehow.. The threaded cert in the intake might come out with the bolt if you get too crazy.

just leave the cover off? I dont have mine on because no one ever looks in my engine bay anyways so I just leave it off for easy access to my injectors since I was having issues with them
