This was a ghost build on my part for Southern Metal Choppers . They had 13 days to get this bad-boy to R.O.T. ,they called and I helped. It's on air

Interesting bike. I am going to date myself here but, the first bike that I ever owned I bought in college with a blown engine for $100.00. It was 1966 BSA Hornet. I took the engine out of the bike and put it in my trunk. Over spring break I drove it home from Kentucky to Long Island. I put a table in my parents basement and tore down the engine to find out what was wrong and rebuilt it. The problem was that the oil pump had seized and the brass worm gear in the pump had been stripped, Replaced the pump did a valve job, honed the cylinders, put in new rings and bearings after having the crank done, put it back together, carried it back to Kentucky, put it back in the frame and I had my first motorcycle. That is when I was still doing mechanical work and was confident in that area. Wish I still had that bike.
