hey man you got a clean truck. i saw you had a couple pics of your truck before you put the lift on...what size wheels and tires did you have on there and did you just crank the t-bars up or was it a leveling kit? thanks man

Thanks Kenny for the exhaust tubing measurements. That gives me a pretty good idea of the length I'll need and what the cost will be. If a decide to go this route with the SLP resonator, S.S. Y-pipe, tubing, and tips, the cost looks to be around $700-750. Beats paying $1200+ for the complete Corsa cat-back kit.

I agree on the size difference being noticable between the 17's and 18's. I think 18's/33's would be the largest size I would consider running since my truck will see a fair amount of time on our farm's property and I would like to have a good amount of sidewall protection. With your 18's/33's, did you feel that they would hold up ok offroad? (I'm not talking xtreme offroad, pretty much in terrain like where your 17's/18's comparison pics were taken) From the pics of your 18's/33's, it looks like you had a good amount of sidewall on your tires. I'm trying to avoid the skinny rubber band/super low profile look.

The wheels I'm looking @ are 17x8 or 17x9 vs. 18x8.5 or 18x9. Your right about the price difference, it look like it's going to cost me about $260 more for the 18's/33's combo than the 17's/33's. I think both your 17 and 18 combos that you went with looked really good on your particular bodystyle. I just think the NNBS' body and fenderwells seem a little larger in apearance and 17's may look kinda small for the NNBS.

Thanks for posting the pics. of your 17's, 18's, and 20's on 33's. I'm debating between the 17's and 18's on 33's for the truck I'm about to buy. I like the look of both. Do you remeber how much of a difference the 17's vs. 18's on 33's were? (ie: sidewall height, overall width, wheel backspacing, etc.) What size lift do you have on your truck?
