07 CC LBZ Another Salvage Build

I finally found an LBZ that was as close to what I wanted as possible. It's a 2007 Sierra CC 4x4 with 115k miles, it appears to be super clean. I'm not completely sure on the build specs yet. I guess I will be winging it a little bit. I do know for sure the terrible farm bumpers will be leaving and it will be getting some Denali headlights. Probably gonna do turbo back exhaust, egr delete, HD hood, some colormatching, leather interior swap, Escalade dash swap. I'm still trying to decide if I'm gonna leave any chrome or not. It is supposed to be delivered to me on Monday. I can't wait to dig into it and see if I got a deal or if I paid too much.

Well now this just became a frame off build

This was a pain even with the cab off. It’s done now though.

Got the new up-pipe on the left side with arp bolts.

Got the right side manifold drilled and tapped for my pyrometer.

Gonna tidy up all of the wiring while it’s apart. The factory loom is brittle and falls apart when you mess with it.

It's really easy once you start taking it apart you find all sorts of things wrong and that need to be cleaned up

It’s stuck off in a back corner right now. Still have some bodywork to do before I can get it painted. We’re 2 weeks scheduled out with insurance customer work, a 57 bel air restoration, and a Toyota truck restoration going on, and I’m remodeling my new house. Just haven’t been able to put any time on it.

Has anyone seen this before?

It’s made by Zone. Anyone have any experience with it? First diff drop I’ve ever seen for a NBS that’s not for a 6” or larger lift.
