1999-2003 GMC Sierra Headlight Modification

First, remove the headlight assembly. To do this simply turn the two keys that hold the headlight in, then carefully remove the headlight as an entire assembly after removing the bulbs.

With a flat head screwdriver, GENTLY pry the lens away from the body of the headlight. Work slowly around until the headlight looses up and then simply pops apart. Take care not to break the 4 tabs which hold the lense on.

Gently pull the lense from the body of the headlight.

With the lens removed, simply pull out the orange reflector.

Simply snap the headlight together after running a bead of silicon around the headlight. You now have better looking headlights in about 45 minutes!
