Did you get the kit with the high travel UCAs? If not it could be the UCA hitting your bump stop.

Sorry, I didn't listen to your video really good. That almost sounds like your brake dust shield. But cutting the bump stops is just silly. Why didn't you buy their kit with the UCAs?

Have you looked under the truck---look at the tire and see if it's rubbing on anything at full lock.

I honestly think the squeaking is coming from the few spots that you forgot to cover in grease. Apply more grease, squeak should subside

 

Damn did you get a deal on grease Jesus and how's the break pads and rotors almost sounds like a pad dragging a high spot

Sounds like a parakeet or a wheel bearing. Jack it up and grab the wheel/see if you can shake it. May have nothing to do with the lift, just coincidence. And don't listen to Hellbent lol.

God I feel for you. This is probably the worst lift ever. I e had a ton of problems with mine.

1. Bump stops are there for a very good reason.

2. Don't buy a budget lift for an in between lift size like 3.5". I'm right there with you with a weird sound and no idea what it is.

3. May be a hub or something on the rim rubbing.

I cut the droop stop off then not the bump stop... in the instructions they called it a bump stop

The instructions tell you to cut it so you can fit their over stretched leveling kit on your truck. They don't care if you blow out your ball joints.
