The mechanic who came to put on the new distributor said the injectors are dumping fuel instead of spraying it, causing the engine to flood & die. Being totally new at this I need to ask: is this correct? What else could cause the stalling? Before the new distributor we could two-foot it with minor pressure on the accelerator. Now it takes a LOT more pressure - to the point that it isn't driveable.
If I have to replace the jets, well, can I do it not knowing much about engines LOL?
    Thanks in advance y'all.

It was running good before the new distributer?
Whenever you work on something then it won't run,its usually the last thing you did. Take thevlid off the air cleaner and start it. You should see 2pods spraying fuel.
The pattern should be a conical shape. Putting on a distributer should not effect the fuel
