New build thread for this thang.

    Specs on it:

    -03 170k 4.8 3.42's
    - tan interior
    - has intake/exhaust already (but exhaust will be redone to my fashion)
    - 2 inch lowering shackles/stock front, going back to level and stock shackles
    - clear headlights
    - HID's and leds
    - radio/subs
    - tint but going a little darker
    - low pro tool box.

    Plans:
    - black valance
    - CM handles and tailgate handle
    - CM bumper cap and rear bumper plastics
    - CM mirror caps
    - billet grill
    - possible 06 front end swap but will paint the grill bar for now(maybe)
    - leveling kit back on and stock shackles.
    - 2 inch wheel spacers
    - 3 inch lift spindle and 2 inch rear block
    - double blinker mod
    - full console swap
    - double din
    - E fans
    - 3.73 axle swap
    - other little odd's and ends
    - possible 20x10's if I feel it.

Go 4.10 or even 4.30 if you're planning on 33s. That give the truck some pep. 3.73 won't make that big of a difference.

My z71 did fine with 33's I thought it was fine and I'll only run a 305/50r20 instead of the 305/55's , don't want to go to much, still would like to be a nice daily driver

Neither of those options is too much really. Some of these trucks came stock with 4.10 and 4.30 is maybe a bit much but 4.10 is like 2000 rpm at 70 on 33s.

I was at 2000 with my 3.73 so a 4.10 would be around 2300-2400 most likely so we'll have to see.

No the ECSB is still in the family, me and my brother traded, swapped over all my goodies to the rcsb and his on the ecsb. He needs more room in a vehicle and I don't and I really want a single cab so we just decided to trade since we know both trucks are very sound and in very good condition.

Kinda wanna see this one at the height it's at lol. It looks pretty good as is just needs a few clean up mods to be perfect!

I would run it at this height or lower but I live on 90 acres of farm land and need height and clearance to haul things around, lowered is badass but not useful for me at the moment

I probably missed it, but is it 2wd or 4wd? Great looking truck either way!

Painted the metal a-frame support behind the grill, hated how you could see it.

Billet grill, clear headlights from the ecsb, and black valance. Looks much better. Placed an order for my paint to do my color matching soon.[IMG][IMG]

Interior shots, going to do some carpet and seat cleaning as it needs it but is still in good shape, and it's dirty inside and needs a quick detail.

Needs new console lid, but might just leave it until I find a full center console [IMG]

Got the front tore down a little but I called it a night, going to finish tomorrow after work. Might throw the corvette servo in while I'm at it. [IMG]
