Year after year, mile after mile Chevy Silverado delivers legendary capability along with the kind of dependability and durability you only get when you’re the most dependable, longest-lasting full-size pickups on the road. New Chevrolet Silverado 2500 Midnight Edition is a real attention-getter in Black, equipped with a 6.6 Liter Diesel V8 and a 6 Speed Automatic transmission. This duo delivers an immense payload and towing capacity, combined with advanced trailering technologies, you'll appreciate exceptional control and capability on any type of the road. All these made our choice obvious when we've decided to start our own new project and show you how you can easily build your dream truck yourself!

Although new Silverado comes fully loaded from the factory, there is always a room for improvements. We've started ours with Afe Powe Package. It includes Afe Momentum Air Intake System paired with Scorcher Tune Module, which delivers much more horsepower and torque than factory can offer.

Our tech expert Greg, already familiar to everyone here will tell you more in his new review. The result of this upgrade exceeded all our expectations – just look at Greg's face, when he's driving this beast on the road for the first time!

We are planning to do much more to this beautiful truck, so stay tuned and subscribe to this thread.

Attention all: What upgrade would you like to see next on our Project Chevy Silverado?

Just the intake and the tune so far?

Intake and exhaust go together like peanut butter and bacon on a banana sandwich... Exhaust has my vote.

X2 headers/exhaust. No sense in letting more air in without provisions to let it back out.

Thanks guys, yes for sure we are planing to install an exhaust system to unleash the full potential of this Duramax engine. Trying to figure out what option to choose.
We already filmed another installation video with our truck, subscribe to the thread here on the forum and on our youtube channel!
