Went to unlock my truck this afternoon and the lights flashed, but the doors didn't unlock. Checked all the fuses and relays, all seemed good. You could hear the relays actuate but would not lock or unlock the doors. Any ideas?

I haven't run into it myself on that particular truck, but on my Astro the bar goes into a plastic piece that holds it on the mechanism and that plastic piece was broken. I'd say it's that, or the actuator itself is broken, I've seen that with aftermarket actuators. The motor will move but the arm won't.

EDIT: Is it 1 door or both doors?

No, neither door works. I've tried locking and unlocking with the driver and passenger door and no result with the key fob

You're going to have to check and see if you're getting voltage out of the relay. It might just be a bad relay.

Yeah, but I wouldn't expect both the unlock and lock relays to go bad at the exact same time

The drivers door lock switch controls both doors. .. it's a module within a module. You may want to unplug and plug that main connector to it. You say you hear the relays but the power, I believe, travels through the driver door switch assembly after.

Do ALL door switches work inside the truck? Locks? Window? Mirrors?

I had this SAME problem. My PDM died. Passenger Door Module. Which is
just the passenger switch set on the passenger door panel. That module
is actually what the remote controls. And THAT also feeds over to the other
door, so if its out, all is dead.

So, you're saying in the wiring the switch is after the relay?

Yes, all the switches work, just doesn't unlock/lock the doors from either side
