Damn I love this truck, might be a bit biased though.

Look at all that stance, truck is filthy, already looking at buying some x10's lol, but I'd still keep these wheels.

I personally like how it is now, run some 1.5" spacers for the time.

Changed up my mirrors from color matched w chrome caps to black with color matched caps, was wanting to change it up and see how it would look, I like it actually but either option looks great imo. [IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG]

    Great truck and build thread!

What cai did you go with?

I've been tempted to debadge my truck as well as remove the fender flares and Z71 sticker. I'm afraid of "ghosting" though once I remove everything. Did you run into any of this? What method did you use to remove the door trim and fender flares?

Sorry I never saw the notification, but I just bought a eBay cai, does the job as any other one will, haven't had any problems, but for the door moldings and the badges I used a heat gun and a wheel eraser to get off the glue, very easy to do just time consuming, and for the fender flares I didn't have factory ones and I bought some and color matched them but took them off.

Alright so I bought a full bose console and the glove box piece for $200 yesterday and finally finished this afternoon. [IMG]

I wanted to use the factory Bose 6.5 sub and I already have an amp that powers my current subwoofers so I just routed some wires from the sub/console under the carpet to my amp under the back seat. It actually sounds very nice and I'm blown away by that. [IMG]

I have the manual transfer case shifter so I wasn't sure wether to run it in the console like Cornell did it or bend it and run it on the side of the console somehow. I first tried running it to the side of the console, after bending the shifter some and sticking it in and trying it multiple times, that wasn't going to work. So through the console it goes. So I just cut the air duct that runs on the left side of the console, I wouldn't have been able to use it anyways so out it goes. [IMG]

So next I tried to fit the shifter in without the air ducting in the way and it wouldn't work, it was too tall, so I got the grinder out and cut 1.5 inches off of it. [IMG]

Then I tacked it on for a test fit[IMG][IMG]
It fit great and had no binding when going from 4 low to 4 high.

Welded all up and grinded down[IMG][IMG]
Then I painted it and wrapped it in electrical tape. [IMG]
And I still have to get some new carpet for the 4x4 shifters hole because the old plastic cover isn't needed anymore but I just cut out some carpet from where the console sits now and stuck it in the hole for now so it's not too noticeable. But once I get new carpet it won't even be noticeable.

Also didn't get any full pictures because it's raining at the moment. And taking the cup holder out to use the 4x4 is pretty easy and I'm very satisfied with out it turned out.

So me and my brother finally decided to trade each other. He's taking my ecsb and I'm getting his rcsb.

We traded everything over from my ecsb and his stuff over.

    03 rcsb 4.8 arrival blue!

I am going to make a build thread on it with the specs and plans for it.
