ended up shaving the nut right at the closest point to the rad support...it was making contact. Had to open up the hole in the bucket some as well. Got any pics of the support notch?

I tried to find some, and I don't have any on my phone. Next time they're out, I'll snap pictures

went back and notched the rad support too. This gave me the needed space to be able to slip the headlight on/off w/o hitting the bulb or motoho1der. Aligning these h1's is a little bitch so I want to be able to install them w/o messing with alignment.

Looks perfect. Did you shave the mounting tabs down at all on the bottom of the headlight that slips into the truck bracket? I find it easier to remove the grill shell to get mine out do to those tabs

did not...I really should tho, that's a good idea...hadn't thought of doing that. I noticed the headlights have some play up and down/side to side so I ziptied them down right at those tabs and were good to go but they are a bitch trying to pull them out. thanks for the tip :shake:

Got everything sealed up on these 06 Silverado heads last night. Going to give the lenses a good buffing tonight and get them packed for shipping
