Just found this. I know it has been done. But never seen one actually completed. Sparked my imagination:hmm:

Anyone know what is all involved. As in core supports, adding metal etc...?

I've never done it before nor and I a qualified in any type of body work. But I'd assume it would take some basic metal fab work to make it work like that green truck. Take off the stock grill, lights, and bumper, mock the grill and lights up and trim the stock fenders/hood according. Then fab mounting tabs for the grill and lights. The next step would be to mock the bumper up and modify the frame horns to hold it in the proper location.

Obviously sounds a lot easier than it really is. The Boyett's thought it was going to be easy as well

edit and I dont like the way that green truck came together on the front clip. look at the gap between the grill and hood

I think it would look pretty cool without that gap in the front
