Checked the fuse, it was good, swapped relays, still nothing. Had my daughter hit the horn button and the relay didn't click so I got the test light and tested the fuse where I found I had no power to the fuse. Never seen this problem before. Horn honked once about a month ago. Any ideas where to start? I assume there's a break in the wire between battery and fuse box.
Any help is appreciated.

does it honk with the factory alarm??? Like when you hit the panic button, or open door from inside when locked with key fob?
