if the harness for the fogs is seperate, there's a wire that goes to the fuse box under the hood. Open the fuse box covers, and flop over the fuse pannel. There's several sections, unbolt whatever section that it's in, when that comes out, there's some plastic sliders that are on the tops. Pull the tabs, and he wire should come out.
