My turn signal on my passenger side taillight is going in and out, only working part of the time. I think it might be the flasher. Where is the flasher located?

Under the dash. Remove the panel under the steering wheel and it is right there. Rectangular box.

wouldn't the flasher take out both sides?

I'd double check the junction in the back that the taillight harnesses plug into and make sure its not corroded and nasty

Swap the bulbs one at a time left to right. I bet you have a bulb going bad. Sometimes the filament in a dual bulb can break and swing over and hit the other one and make it do goofy things. If you swap one at a time when the issue moves you've found the bad one.
