The only other problem that you might run into is the factory front hanger being welded on. I know on the 05-06 crewcab shortbed 1500 trucks have the front hanger welded on from factory.
If that's the case then you can reverse engineer the install. Check the wheelbase from factory first. Start off by removing the suspension and factory hangers. Next bolt on our axle bracket and connect it to the front hanger with the 4 link bars. Locate the rear end in place to the factory wheelbase and locate the front bracket to the frame. Mark your holes and drill them out. BAM. Now you're ready to install the front bracket and hardware the rock with the rest of the kit.
I've sold several of our 4 Link & Cantilever systems to individuals who installed them on trucks with welded on front hangers. No problems.
