Yes, it's been done. Look up steve, liftedlq9's lbz.

It's not a bolt on though. The outer lights don't cover the same holes so you'll have to weld up/do the body work on the old ones and redrill.

Was thinking about plugging the holes or make a rubber template to make the transition on them, but unless you're going to do it right I wouldn't bother.


Edit, just noticed you have a half ton. Never mind all that since you don't have existing cab lights.

I did the 07'+ cab lights on my 02' HD which didn't have factory lights. As said, not hard, just time consuming measuring and double checking before drilling a ton of holes in your roof!

Did them on my cousins OBS and another cousins NNBS HD that didn't have them.

Nnbs for sure, especially since you dont have the tall onstar and xm antennas.
