I have been looking at several batteries including duralast, interstate, acdelco, diehard, and several others suggested in other threads on this forum. Im looking for an AGM or Gel Cell battery with more CCA and RA hours than stock and not finding anything. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

The main problem is, the placement of positive and negative posts on the battery. if it were not for that i would have already installed the diehard platinum sitting on the floor in the garage. it has 300 more CCA and more than Double the RA hours of the stock battery.

I run an Interstate in my 04, not rated at much more than stock but it is a better quality battery(my own experience) had no problem starting my truck aon a couple -20* days last winter. Have you looked into an Optima red or yellow top
