I had to put a new battery in my 07 Sierra, dang thing only lasted 7 years, but when I was cleaning the Positive connector it was really corroded and getting thin. I cleaned it last year, but now it looks like I am on borrowed time till it fails. The cables are fine and all I reall want is to replace the end.
I have searched and could not find anything I like, want HEAVY DUTY that wont give me trouble. This uses the top post design with the cables running over top.
I had seen a Mil spec end that has a stud sticking out the side, or should I get one that crimps and solders on? Any web sites would help too.

Do you just stick the wire in the hole and use a set screw to secure? Plus over $50 plus shipping. Guess I keep looking....
