High Temp black and keep the tip Polished, I know the feeling. I also know the feeling of needing the flaps. Manitoba requires them too. Ive got Gatorbacks on my 12 and they help save so much paint

Best I can tell they look to be, 16.5 8 lugs had the lug holes part way into the face of the wheel like those do. Consider it a bump until Eric or someone else chimes in

Def welds. Look like x12’s could be x14’s.

That’s the later style super singles like gen 3 or 4. Mine are date coded 04 and have the same lug pad

In Canada I bet you would have to spend $1500 to buy them, that being said, buy low sell high. For sure Super Singles I would say 12 wide though IMO.

They are centerlines, but not sure the name of them. This Google search reminded me that Centerline made some awesome wheels back in the day.
