5" drop will require a cnotch...

2/4 is the less expensive route, you can always upgrade to a 3/5 later...

Would ddoing a notch cost more than doing a 4" rop in the rear, since the shop would have to grind the rivets off of the hangers to do a 4" drop?
I highly doubt it. Might be about even, I dunno what the shop will charge. Its not that hard to get the rivets off...

I say dont think about the whole "you can do it later thing".....if you think you will eventually go to a 3/5 or a 3/6, do it now.
just my opinion.
And I say 3/6

i got a 4/8 with 265/35/22 up front...and 265/30/22 out back.......about as low as i could get without bags
why not tub your bed, and run a 35??? so you'd be able to rotate tires

why not do it yourself in your drive way?

all i can tell you is it'll be like 50.00 an hour...probally with a 2 hour min.
but if you lived here, all you'd have to do is buy the parts, and bring your truck...we could do it in my friends shop >got a cajun jack

what can i say...we have nothing better to do with our lives.
