Had 5% all around, got crazy after doing the front sides with the heat gun and pulled it all to see what it would look like. Factory deep tint just seems light, deciding between 20% and 5% again on my ext cab. How's the 20% over stock at night? 5%+stock can't see ish!

Pics would be great!

Also any thoughts, experience with Suntek Carbon? I had Llumar 10 years or so... They want like 350. I can get Suntek for $140 all, lifetime warranty.

5% over the factory tint on the rear gets old quick if you like to see out the rear at night. I went with 15% on the rear of my tahoe and 5% on the front 2 windows and I like it way better than when I had 5% on the rear windows on my old tahoe. My 15% over the rear matches up perfect with my 5% on the front when you look from the inside out. There's just a slight difference in color but that's only noticeable from the inside.

Yea I'll prob go with the 15% rears.... My 5% was super dark at night. Just wanted to make sure the 15 over stock was still dark from outside

I had suntec carbon on mine, pretty good film, decent heat rejection, good color, and when I re tinted it ripped clean off with very little residue

My silverado has 5% over the factory tint and the fronts are 5% with 20% over it. I like it, and I can see at night. Of course it's dark as hell but the vision in my truck is a lot better than the view in my wrx that had only 5% not sure why that is but it is the truth. I would recommend a back up camera for at night. I just haven't installed mine yet.
