2009 Denali Step bars

So I removed the steps from my 2009 Denali 1500. I have a guy coming to look at them to see if they will fit his 2013 Chevy 2500. Is there any reason they shouldn't fit? I'm guessing they all mount the same but he's making a long drive I'd just like to double check.
