2012 Silverado LT- Dash Part # identification and troubleshooting

Hey guys, 2 quick questions:

1. Just the other day all features within the highlighted square stopped working: both 12v receptacles and the pedal adjustment, etc. buttons between them. Has anyone run across this before? I have read where other users have had one 12v rec. go out due to a bad contact in the wires, but all the functions?

2. Can anyone tell me the part name or number of the item shown?

If anyone has had any experience with this issue, please feel free to chime in.
