I have a chrome grille for sale off of a 2013 GMC Sierra 2500 HD. It is the chrome surround and the chrome bars. I swapped it for the one with black bars. Truck had 180 miles on it when removed. Can take as many pictures as you want. Price is $225 shipped. Located close to Memphis if anyone local is interested.

Well I don't know for sure but this guy (Ryan) has one on his 2008 GMC Sierra 1500. You might PM him and see if he had to change anything.

They fit, just have to trim the outer edges of the lower black piece. also have to widen the slits so the bumper cap could fit. along with that the bumper cap support has to be removed.
