Strange set up. Not strange just not popular or typical. Looks good. 35s and dropping 2 in the back! Wow round fenders saved the world!

I know it’s not everyone’s taste but there’s no legitimate large lift available for it yet so I figured I’d try something different. Wanted to show that 35’s tuck no rub for anyone interested

And yes the round fenders save the day. My 13 that I traded in barely rubbed with 37’s on 10” of lift so to have the new one clear 35’s leveled and lowered is nice

I like that front end better than the other version for the 2019. Color looks good too!

I was just going to ask did anyone level a custom silverado. Does it need the spacers to clear up front..? What leveling kit did you use..?

I put the spacers on the week I bought the truck while still running stock tires so I’m not sure if the 35’s would rub without them honestly

And thanks flatblack83. I looked for a long time to find a custom trim in a color I wanted as I much prefer the grille. I just wish trailer brake was something gm would put on any truck with a factory towing package.

Stock fender height 40 in the rear 38 up front. This is with a 2 inch ready lift, now its 40.25 up front. I'd rather not use spacers, the tire size they call for is about the same as I have now a 33x11. I was thinking I'd go instead of 275 60s now to a 275 65. That takes the tire from a 32.99 to about 34.3. Without going too wide. I'll have to turn the wheels and see if I can go wider. A set of duratracs will replace these.

For the trailer brake controller use the style that has a push button spin knob. Called the curt spectrum, The controller itself hides behind the dash. Put the knob on one of the dash knockouts. And wheeling a new jl... u the man. We only have a jk..lol

Lol I’m a mechanic, just towing a broken jl unfortunately. In other news bought some new 37 13.5’s so currently trying to decide on a lift....
